* Remove uses of `useIsDsNav`

* Remove `sidebar-navigation-ui-update` as true from analytics events

* Hide "ds-nav" survey for users who have the feature flag

* `make cleanup_unused_locales` & `bin/run web npm run extract-translations`

* Update frontend tests
