* List emails that were added again

* Use `trackProgress`

* Prettier logs

* Add `READ_PREFERENCE_SECONDARY`

* Check `change-primary-email`

* Add check with `confirm-email` should be always empty, but let's check

* Update services/web/scripts/check_removed_emails.mjs
