* [migrations] make old migrations compatible with --notablescan in mongo

Re-running the migration for db.users.emails.reversedHostname on all
Server Pro/CE users will not be harmfull.

overleaf/notifications

An API for managing user notifications in Overleaf

database indexes

For notification expiry to work, a TTL index on notifications.expires must be created:

db.notifications.createIndex({expires: 1}, {expireAfterSeconds: 10})
