* Fix: Use query parameters correctly (!!)

* Add unit test on `checkIsLoadSheddingEvent`

* Remove interference between tests: rename to `ClsiCookieManager2` when it's re-sandboxed

* Add test: 'should report "cycle" when other is UP'
