  • Sikr locale parsing + fallback (da/en).
  • Returnér stabil kontrakt i fejlpayload (error_code/error/locale).

Acceptance

  • Ingen frontend-ændringer påkrævet i denne bid.
  • PR holdes lille og mergeklar alene.
